Stimulus is a sugar fix

Get ready kids. We are about to have a real sugar rush with Obama's rescue plan (His "plans" usually take about 2 seconds to develop). If you're a serious stock investor, you will capitalize on the upside, but realize that it will be a short term fix and sell before it's too late! The only problem with getting out in time, with actual profits, is that the Obama administration may deem your profits to be too high, then confiscate them before the next stock market crash that is sure to follow... just like the crash that follows all sugar rushes !! Are you listening Mr. Buffett? Your investing strategy depends on reliable free enterprise. The Obama strategy is all new to this country. "Change" means no more U.S.A.... no more free enterprise! Mr. Buffett...  I hope you're happy with the President (that you helped to put in office) when it's all over!! Some of us that admired you, and wanted to follow in your footsteps, will never have the same opportunity as you.  Thanks buddy!!!

$pending Re$cue Plan

The other day I caught the tail end of a press conference with Obama's press secretary making an analogy about a house fire as it relates to our economy. He sounded "so smart" proclaiming that when your house is on fire you don't have the luxury of deciding which rooms to save... you have to drench the whole house to stop the fire. I guess this was to justify the overspending to save our economy. Well I have an opposing analogy for the press secretary. If the house is burning down you don't have the firefighters remodel the bathroom or kitchen at the same time. It's REALLY not a good time to raise the rent for the (now) homeless tenants !
